INTRAGRO

Investment in personal growth and insight

Intragro simply loves and understands entrepreneurs and small to medium size enterprises (SME’s).
This is our “sweet spot”.

There is 22 years of experience in assisting entrepreneurs to:

   -  Start up their businesses
   -  Develop their businesses
   -  Mature their businesses
   -  Re-invent their businesses
   -  Change their businesses
   -  Rescue their businesses
   -  Do mergers and acquisitions with the appropriate Human Capital decisions

The focus being on the appropriate intellectual capital and practices needed at any given point in time. SME’s don’t need corporate solutions. Corporates may need more SME solutions.

How exactly do we do this?

We use practical experiences backed by credible science and research. We do not use science, academics, academia and research to create experiences.

How do we assist?

1

Business complexity analysis

We analise business complexity. If this is not the point of commencement then how will you be informed of what thinking capability and competence will be needed in key decision-making roles?

2

Assessing competence & capability

To assess competence and capability of key decision makers in an organisation, informed by the business complexity needed.

3

Decision making capability

Decision making in terms of what needs to be done, informed by the information of point 1 and 2 above.

4

Coaching

Coaching entrepreneurs/owner-managers in terms of what a business needs regarding intellectual capital at any given time in the maturity phases of growth, or in terms of significnat change.

5

Performance Management

Designing key performance indicators and performance management systems for key decision makers in the business.

6

Succession planning (sustainability)

Succession planning and retention of key individuals and talent.

7

Sustainability

The long term plan of stepping back without destroying business value.

Our Approach - Coaching Entrepreneurs

The most common entrepreneur difficulties are:

1

Getting the right people to start a business.

2

Once a business is established, do you “stick” with the same people?

3

How much can you grow people as your business grows and becomes more complex?

4

Not letting go – for many complex reasons.

5

Emotional entanglement with your business.

6

Emotional entanglement with people in your business – conscious and unconscious.

7

The ravages of success and arrogance.

8

Lack of, or late planning for a business successor or succession.
